From time to time this blog will invite some people to contribute. This group of people is called direct contributors. They can post directly into the blog. They don't have to send their articles or stories to aiutheology@gmail.com. The goal is to get as many theology students and alumni to contribute. The purpose for this is to provide readers with first hand stories from the contributors. It will also provide some variations in style and content.
If you have a gmail account, that is you are a gmail user, you will only need to sign up as blogger. However, if you do not have a gmail account (non gmail user), you will have to create a gmail account. You should be able to contribute directly into the blog after you have signed up as blogger under google account.
It is hoped that those who have been invited to contribute will regularly write news stories, etc. in this blog. You may also contribute through comments of certain posts in the blog. And please do not forget to register (sign up) as follower of this news blog to get you updated from time to time.
Thank you in advance for your contributions :-)

The Words...
The idea of having a news blog for Theology Club and the Department of Religious Studies has been brooding for quite some times in my mind. Finally after reflecting the possibilities of sharing news and thoughts to not only the members of the club and the studenst of the department, but also to the alumni of the department, this blog starts its journey.
This blog is called "HADEVARIIM", which takes the Hebrew word for "The Words" in English. Everyone in the department--students, faculty, and the alumni--is encouraged to contribute to this blog. You can contribute news reports, experiences, devotional and theological thoughts, and other special features that are related to "us". This include pictures and video clips.
Any contributions should be sent to this email: aiutheology@gmail.com. I will post your contributions after making some editions (where necessary).
You may "subscribe" to the news feed of this blog to get updated of the progress and journey of this blog.
Lastly...let's make this blog a place for sharing, for interaction and for strengthening the bond of our friendship.
